Health insights are generated by an AI agent from the reports you upload. AI can make mistakes, misread values, or give incomplete or inaccurate information.
You must verify every result with a healthcare professional.
We collect your account details (name and email), the lab reports you upload, the values extracted from them, and the results you record.
This data is stored in your account and processed to run the app, including sending report content to an AI service to extract values and generate insights. Your data is not sold.
You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings or by contacting us.
Plans: a 1-week free trial, a 2-year plan and a 5-year plan. The free trial is not charged.
When the trial or a paid plan ends, access is restricted and you are redirected to the plan screen to choose a plan.
Payments are processed by XPay. Local-currency amounts are informational equivalents; the actual amount billed is shown clearly at checkout.
The free trial is never charged. Paid plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase as long as the service has not been heavily used. After that, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests go through the contact details in Settings.

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for health decisions taken on the basis of the app's content or its AI-generated insights, or for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that is used in a way that harms the service or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. You will be told about any material change, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
